Product Information

1. What materials are your products made of?

Moshpit Madness focuses on quality pieces made with the rave scene in mind. Pashminas are thick, warm, and made from a soft fabric with a cashmere-like feel. T-shirts are 100% cotton for comfort, softness, and long-lasting wear.

2. Do you offer embroidery?

Yes. While we offer sublimation printing for our brand exclusive merch, we are introducing embroidered merch for our artist collaborations.

3. How should I take care my Moshpit Madness merch?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Moshpit Madness merch, please follow these care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold or max 30°C, inside out.
  • Tumble dry low or hang-dry for best results.
  • Do not iron (only cool iron if needed, avoid ironing on print) or dry clean.
  • Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.

Regarding hats, here are the care guidelines:

  • Handwash only.
  • Do not rub or bleach.
  • Regular dry cleaning only.
  • Do not tumble dry.

Shipping

1. What is the estimated shipping time for my order?

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the specific product you've ordered. You can find estimated shipping times and more information on the Shipping & Delivery page.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

I currently offer shipping to Canada only. U.S. shipping is no longer available due to new import tariffs.

Returns and Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Returns are only considered in the event of manufacturing or quality defects. Please refer to the Return Policy for more details.

2. How can I request a return or exchange?
