All Sales Are Final, Except for Manufacturing or Quality Defects
Prior to shipping, every item in our inventory undergoes a comprehensive quality check by our manufacturing partner. We maintain the highest standards to ensure your satisfaction. However, should you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you.
We stand by the quality of our products, and all sales are considered final once a purchase is made. Returns will only be considered in the event of manufacturing or quality defects. For pre-order items, due to their exclusive nature, we maintain a firm no-return or refund policy.
No Cancellations or Refunds After Ordering
Once you have completed your order, we regret to inform you that cancellations and requests for refunds cannot be accommodated for any reason. We kindly request that you consider your size using our size chart, prior to completing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds for size-related issues.
Handling Returns, and Exchanges
In the rare instance where a manufacturing or quality defect is identified, please share images of the damaged product with us at contact@moshpitmadness.com within 7 days of receiving it. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be considered. Please note that for any return or exchange, the clothes must be unworn. We will treat each return, or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Kindly note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
